So often we have people around us but they are not our true supporters. Have you ever noticed that we think our family should be there for us but then they aren’t?&nbsp;We may love our family but it is often those that we are closest to that bring us the biggest challenges.&nbsp;They are also the ones that teach us our greatest lessons.Breaking free of the people who don’t support us can be a huge learning for us. But it may be something that you need to do, to get you to where you want to be.After the initial insights, I take you through a meditation to help you find more meaningful and supportive relationships, followed by the thought of the day.Finally, I give you affirmations to take away and implement in your own life.
