For any mumma restoring their core- closing their abdominal separation- Diastisis Recti and those suffering with weak/tight pelvic floor.

We will also work our pelvic floor- throughout all of my core restore sessions.


Once you learn this- continue to do it as a weekly or any other of core restore classes.
