Main Ingredients

• 1 red bell pepper

• ¾ yellow bell pepper

• ½ green bell pepper (if all are the same size)

• 1 onion

• 1 piece ginger

• 2 cloves garlic

• 1 scotch bonnet pepper

• 1½ laps of deboned chicken (300 g)

• 200 g rice noodles

• 1 tbsp dark soy sauce

• 2 tsp light soy sauce

• 2 tbsp oyster sauce

• ½ tbsp sesame oil

• 2 tbsp vegetable oil (for cooking the rice noodles)


🥬 For seasoning the Vegetables

• ¼ tsp salt

• ½ tsp seasoning cube


🍗 Seasoning for Chicken

• ½ tsp garlic powder

• ½ tsp ginger powder

• 1 tsp onion powder

• ½ tsp salt

• ½ tsp seasoning cube (or half of half cube)

• 1 tsp paprika

• ½ tsp black pepper


🌿 To Finish

• Spring onion

• ½ tsp sesame oil
