✨🎼🥁 As an actress, musical performer and singer, sometimes It’s great for me to take a moment in between projects and experience singing, dancing, acting….in its purest and most authentic&nbsp;form. It’s even better when I share all of this with artist friends who enjoy the same type of activities.&nbsp; Since ancient times, these performing arts have always been used by human beings to celebrate and to feel alive, to socialize, to share a feeling or a concept through art. No judgement, no conditions, no limits. Through the most liberating singing or dancing session, people have always been able to release and deliver a truthful part of themselves. I’ve always considered it cathartic for the soul and therapeutic for the mind. During the pandemic I’ve also discovered the amazing #soundhealing instrument I play in this video called “Rav vast” which has been a real companion for inspiration lately. On that night out with friends I felt like it was the right time to let go and improvise a song out of the blue with no clue of whatsoever could come out of it. I just closed my eyes, took a deep breath…and followed the flow
