I wrote this song for mental health awareness in men! A lot of men bury themselves rather than speak I’ve been through it myself and recently lost a friend last year from it. It’s not the best production in the world, I am a bedroom engineer (learning) but I composed everything myself from the Lyrics to the instrumental and even the video!
