Using resistance band is a great way to target the muscles of the arms and the core, in fact when you work the arms you engage the core more whic is a great way of doubling up the intensity of both groups of muscles. Try this arms and core combination workout &nbsp;@fit2fabulous1&nbsp;especially to reach those hard to target inner upper arms and triceps and strengthen the core especially the lower abdominal workouts. You will need a long resisitance band (you can increase or decrease the intensity by changing the hand position) and an exercise mat.</p>
