Shed Seven got their 30th anniversary celebrations started today as they unveil their eagerly anticipated new album ‘A Matter of Time’. Having already achieved a phenomenal amount of pre-orders which resulted in all copies of the live edition and the Blood Records vinyl plus all test pressings sell out months in advance, the band further commemorated the album’s release by embarking on a 10-date record store tour in Leeds followed by their home city of York.

In January 2024, 29 years and three months after their first appearance on the Official Albums Chart, Shed Seven scored their first Number 1 album spending two weeks at the top with the aptly-titled A Matter Of Time. In doing so the band broke a new Official Chart record for the British rock group with the longest gap between debut and reaching Number 1.
