Turf960329 (born on 29 March 1996) is a South African Rapper and dancer whose real name isMonwabisi Bence from the largest town of Khayelitsha in Cape Town. The former Khalifonication member resides in the streets of Khayelitsha. He brought the idea of bringinghis career to life in 2008 and continued to represent the pinnacle of his artistry in 2012 as he joined forces with the likes of Dee Koala, Snip Mabhakethy to form a Hip Hop group called ‘Khalifonication’ which withdrawn inspiration from Khayelitsha and embraces the genre of rap as everyone in it was part of Hip Hop fraternity, were focused on taking Cape Town Hip Hop scene into the greater heights of South African Hip Hop scene. 2012 is often lauded as the remarkable and life changing year for Turf960329 as he started to work with some of Cape Town’s greatest mavens including Snip and none other than ‘Gwan’hitmaker, Dee Koala. Khayelitsha based artist is working on his extended play project titled ‘SextapePt2 EP’.
