How to report a copyright or other IP rights Infringement
If you are the valid holder of copyright or other intellectual property rights(s), or their agent, and you believe that any material available via the Service infringes such rights, please use this online form to submit a Notice of Alleged infringement. Alternatively, a Notice of Alleged Infringement may be sent to info@lounges.tv (or, if you are in the US, to our US Designated Agent noted below), with the following information.
Specific identification of each work claimed to have been infringed:
A description of where such material can be found on the Service (include the URL).
Your contact information including complete name, address, telephone number, and email address.
A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of such work in the manner complained of is not authorised by the owner or the law (such as “fair dealing”).
A statement that the information in your notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, you are the owner of the right that is allegedly infringed, or agent for the owner.
Your physical or electronic signature.
A statement that you understand that your contact information and/or notice will be provided to and retained by the alleged infringing party.
Please note that without the above, we cannot process your claim.
When you submit a claim, we may forward your contact details to the allegedly infringing party, who may retain your information as long as required for legal purposes.
Please note that there may be adverse legal consequences if you make a false or bad faith allegation through this process. You may wish to consult a legal advisor before submitting any claim.
We understand that mistakes can occur, so Creators shall have the right to appeal any decision made regarding any Takedown. By providing reasonable grounds for appeal, a Creator can request reinstatement of their User Content. We will carefully evaluate any appeals within a reasonable period to ensure fairness and transparency in the process as far as possible ion each instance.
