Can I buy tickets for upcoming events?

Yes. Any events already scheduled will still go ahead once we are back online. Ticket purchases for those events will reopen as soon as Lounges returns.

How do I access my upcoming event?

Your tickets remain valid. When Lounges is back, sign in with the same account and open your event from Browse or your dashboard as usual.

Can I schedule a new event?

Event creation is paused while we are in maintenance. You will be able to schedule new lounges again as soon as the platform is back.

What happens to my subscription?

Your subscription stays active. Billing and access will resume normally once maintenance is complete — no action needed from you.

What happens to the money in my wallet?

Funds in your Lounges wallet are safe and unchanged. You can withdraw or spend them again when the platform returns.

When will Lounges be back?

We are aiming to be back as soon as possible. Check back here or follow Lounges on social for updates — we will be ready for the Encore.
