This off-the-cuff video was filmed in Pollenca, Spain and is probably the most watched and appreciated video I have made in this format. It’s from my heart. As an ex anxiety disorder sufferer, I am passionate about TRUE recovery and about making certain that everyone, who is willing to just listen, will see that suffering is unnecessary and that much of their experience with their disorder has been due to bad information, bad advice and misdiagnosis. I hope to inspire people to see that what we teach is an 180 degree turn away from what doesn’t work to what definitely, scientifically and verifiably DOES work.
