Supporting London's young musicians

Lounges has an exciting opportunity for 150 London-based upcoming musicians aged 16-30. We want to unlock London-based talent and give young musicians access to free online training with industry mentors, record a performance at Pirate Studios, and stream it to Lounges.tv.

Earn fair revenue from your talent

You will receive 80% of the profits from the tickets sold. All you need to do is fill out the application form and our talent development team will assess your application.

Opportunities for under-represented groups

We will be prioritising applications from low-income backgrounds, disabled people and people from black, Asian and minority ethnic backgrounds, as these groups are currently under-represented in the cultural sector. Online applications will be open on 13th September.
